The actress currently lives with her family in New York City. Chando started her acting profession while attending Manhattan College. Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman on the television soap drama As the World Changes. She played from 2005 to 2007 and again for several months, beginning in the latter part of 2009. Alexandra began her acting career in 2002 with the TV show House Blend portraying the role in the role of Jenna Harper. As the World Turns on CBS was her first television part after three years.
