Chando was the lead character Maddie Coleman on the television soap drama As the World Turns, which she was on from 2005 until 2007 and again for several months starting in the middle of 2009. Alexandra began her acting career in 2002 through the TV show House Blend portraying the role as Jenna Harper. She also played Maddie Coleman in the CBS TV soap As the World Turns for three seasons. In 2009 Chando got a role in the American documentary television series True life and further appeared in the television series Sherri. She also starred as Annabelle in two episodes Glory Daze, an American comedy-drama TV series. Additionally, her other TV credits include Castle, Hindsight, Dead People and Outcast.
